Caution: When you arrive in Valencia remember that you are entering the land of the Latin temperament. Don't expect to find much courtesy on the roads. It's a case of survival of the fittest. Prepare yourself to be bombarded by beeping horns and impatient drivers. A lot of this is for show or bravado. Maintain extra caution at junctions. It is advisable that you wait for the light to go green on your side first, then make sure that nobody has ran the red light on the other junction.
